Pumpkin Dip

  • 6 oz. cream cheese, (or reduced fat) at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (or reduced fat)
  • 15 oz. pumpkin, no sugar added
  • 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. cloves, ground
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 TBS agave nectar
  • 2 TBS brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt

In a food processor, add cream cheese and yogurt blending until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with chips or sliced fruit.
